Jack Tamburri (Director) is a director based in New York and Philadelphia. Recent work includes School Play with Terry Brennan and Tribe of Fools, Julius Ferraro's Parrot Talk at DaVinci Art Alliance, Doug Greene's Memento Mori at the Painted Bride Art Center, and PEER GYNT & the Norwegian Hapa Band with Ma-Yi Theater Co in New York. Jack has directed readings and development workshops for the Lark in NYC, InterAct Theatre Co's Core Playwrights, and PlayPenn. He is the Director of Programming for Directors Gathering and an emeritus member of the Plagiarists, a Chicago-based devised theatre collective. Jack teaches workshops in devising, adaptation, and self-producing, and is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Yale School of Drama.
